Editing is an art all in itself. Being able to adjust an image that needs minor fixes is just as delicate as one that has more major fixes. As an editor, I had to select an image that worked best for the story but also be able to make the images look consistent as a part of a series, in addition to the adjustments needed, shot by several different photographers on several different cameras.
